DEPOSITS... are now required for all online appointments.In an effort to ensure our loyal guests have the appointment times they need, we are now requiring a non-refundable deposit for all online appointments. This ensures that appointment times are not taken up by guests who do not intend to keep their appointments.Online appointments require up to an estimated 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking. This amount will go toward your service total on the day of your service as long as you keep the appointment, or give more than 48 hours notice of rescheduling. This is non-refundable.
If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment time, any deposits collected will not be refunded. If more than a 48 hour notice is given the deposit amount will be transferred to store credit, applicable towards future services or retail. This amount will not be refunded back to your credit card.When checking out for your appointment, please remind the desk team that you paid a deposit online. Thank you for your support with our new system!

Sarah Balogh
We are thrilled to announce that Sarah has joined our team of cosmetologists! She has 19 years experience in the industry and a heart for helping others feel great about themselves. She is available for all hair and nail services! If you see a new face around Willow Creek, be sure to great her to our community!
Kristy Creque
Kristy had her third beautiful daughter in February! Everybody is healthy and her daughters are happy to be spending the end of the winter snuggling their little sister! Kristy will be returning to Willow Creek on March 22nd. She will be expanding her hours, so if you need any massage services she will be ready for you!
