ONLINE BOOKING UPDATE

As many of our regulars know, we updated our software this summer. Unfortunately, due to the software there have been some issues with online booking that are out of the control of Willow Creek Salon. Upon completing your online scheduling, you should receive an email confirming your appointment. If you do not receive confirmation of your appointment PLEASE CALL THE SALON to ensure the software did not have a glitch. Thank you for your never-ending patience as we work with the software team to resolve these issues.

Please know that Willow Creek Salon vows to offer better customer service and reliability than what our software is currently providing. We are working to rectify these issues as quickly as we can. Each of you and your appointments are so valued and important to us. We are doing everything we can to be certain everybody is accommodated, despite the softwares shortcomings. We sincerely apologize if this has affected you.

For online booking we require a non-refundable 20% deposit for services over $20. If you need to cancel your appointment, we must have a minimum of 48 hours notice. If your appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment time, the deposit will not be refunded. If you need to cancel your appointment, a 48 hour notice is required and your deposit will be transferred to store credit, applicable towards services or retail.
